As a Zehnder Service Partner, we install some of the highest-performing MVHR systems available, working on exciting new builds across the South West, England, and Wales.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install a range of MVHR systems using different ducting systems (Branch metal, Semirigid radial, etc.)
- Commission and service MVHR systems following manufacturer guidelines
- Review materials, designs, and ensure installs are completed to spec
- Suggest and agree design adaptations where needed
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately
- Support and mentor a trainee installer
- Report to the MVHR Installation Manager
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in ventilation or HVAC installation (essential)
- Experience with MVHR systems and/or ventilation commissioning (advantageous)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full, clean UK driving license (essential)
- Based in or near Bristol (for training phase and office days)
- Willingness to travel and stay away during the week
Additional Details
- Trial period: 6 months (use of own tools required during this time; tool purchase scheme available afterwards)
- Hours: 07:00–17:00, Monday–Thursday (40 hours per week – Every Friday off!)
- Travel: Nationwide (vehicle, accommodation & expenses provided)
