The South Bristol Voice featured the grand opening of our three near-passive house new build flats in Bedminster. Bristol City Council’s cabinet member for housing, Cllr Paul Smith, attended and cut the ribbon to the new development, launched in the year that the tenant-run housing co-op celebrates its 40th anniversary. This project was a special one for us, and we worked collaboratively with co-op residents and architect Taus Larsen to create affordable, low energy homes.
