Ben is the director of Earthwise Construction and is a qualified Carpenter with over 20 years’ experience in sustainable building and passive house. He installed Earthwise’s first MVHR system in 2008. Ben holds a MSc Architecture: Advanced Energy & Environment Studies (Distinction) from the Centre for Alternative Technology and is a certified passive house tradesperson and holds a BPEC in domestic ventilation.

Olly is a Earthwise Constructions MVHR installation manager and has installed many MVHR systems while working at Earthwise Construction. Olly holds a BPEC in domestic ventilation, has been trained to commission and service various MVHR systems and by Zehnder U.K in their full range of products. Before taking up the role, Olly worked as part of the construction team and has lots of experience in new build and renovation projects with a focus on airtightness and passive house.
