After a sunny week in Bristol, the construction team are making great progress on a timber frame new build on Glendare Street in Barton Hill. All the timber frame walls and floors have been completed, and the metal ductwork has been installed by our MVHR team, to make way for a Zehnder ComfoAir Q350 MVHR system. Propassiv boards, airtightness and roof works are ongoing. We will be completing our element of the build in the next few weeks before handing over to the client, who will be carrying out the internal fit out. We will then begin our next project, a certified EnerPHit retrofit in Bradley Stoke.
